By amendments to a number of  laws  is set up that the financial statements of companies, notification of shares issue, notices of holding annual meeting and other information are published in the official web site of RA public notices http://www.azdarar.am. 

RA government decree N346-N dated 22 March, 2012 on confirmation of "The licensing procedure for conducting audit services, application form for the license of conducting audit services, a declaration form, form of certificates about legal entity and individual related to the auditor, individual acquired participation in the auditor’s equity, head of the governing body, certificates for the individuals and legal entities obtained participation in the equity of auditor, and revocation of N 262 RA government decree dated March 19, 2002 has been published.
